Spring Cupcakes

What a crazy weekend it has been around here!  Some weekends it feels like all we do is run from one sporting event to another.  Kudos to those of you out there with more than two kids.  My two boys are enough to keep me busy. 

Despite the hectic weekend, I did manage to make some cupcakes.  They are very simple, but so springy!  And for the record, I think I'm in love with these colors.

There's not much of a tutorial here since they are so simple, but here's the run down.  Pipe a swirl of Tiffany blue buttercream with Wilton tip 2D.  Make some fondant flowers and let them dry.  Add fondant flowers in white and amethyst purple.
