St. Patrick's Day Clover Cupcakes

Top o' the marnin' to ya!  Are you decked out in green for St. Patrick's Day yet?  Truth be told, I'm not either.  But these little cupcakes are.  I made these cupcakes for a small group of friends to share.  One of these friends will celebrate their birthday on St. Patrick's Day.  Happy Birthday!
To begin, pipe some white frosting onto the cupcakes in a flat swirl.  I used a Wilton #12 tip because it was the biggest round tip that I had.  If you have a bigger one, go for it.

Next, I used a little viva smoothing on them to make a flat surface.  You can still see a bit of the swirl, but that's ok.
Now it's time for the green.  Using a Wilton #6 tip, I piped a tear drop shape, off center.

Pipe another tear drop right next to the first one and you've made a heart.

Rinse and repeat.....I mean make another one.
Make one more, only this time extend the last tear drop all the way down to make a stem.  Easy peasy, right?
I made quite a few.
But I like this picture better.  Something happened with the color on the other one and I can't seem to fix it.  Oh well.  Happy St. Patrick's Day...or Happy Birthday, or both, whichever the case may be.
