Dreamsicle Cupcakes

Did you ever eat push-up pops when you were a kid?  You know the ones with the orange sherbet?  I have great memories of sitting outside in the hot sun with sticky, melting sherbet running down my arm.  I would try to slurp fast enough to prevent the cold trickle, but was never sucessful.  Do they even make those anymore?  These cupcakes remind me of those refreshing push pops.

I honestly didn't expect my husband to like this dessert.  He doesn't consider it dessert unless it has chocolate in it, but he asked for seconds.
