Peanut Butter Frosting
1 3/4 cups vegetable shortening
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cups sour cream
2 lbs. powdered sugar
Mix together the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar.
