I have officially found something fabulous about living in New England...Raspberries! My family and I went to a nearby farm today and picked about 3 pounds of raspberries. I've never done that before. It was great! The weather was gorgeous and the raspberries were ripe and sweet.
When we came home I couldn't wait to make something delicious with these luscious berries. Problem was that I was due a grocery shopping trip which means I didn't have many ingredients in stock. I checked online and found a promising muffin recipe. It is called Raspberry Struesel Muffins. I just love muffins with streusel. And as luck would have it, I had all the ingredients.
