Texas to Massachusetts Pt. 1

Well y'all, as you can tell from my last few posts, I have been in the process of moving with my little family from west Texas to Massachusetts.  As we travelled across the country I took some pictures to share with you some of the sights along the way.  I know it's not cake, but I thought it might be fun.

This is a good example of the views of west Texas.  I was once told that this is the only place that you can watch your dog run away for a week.

As we drove out of Texas we were given this lovely sight as a farewell.

This is Oklahoma City.  This amusement park is Frontier City.

Oklahoma country side.

I had to take a picture of this.  Anyone need a house?  It's free!

My husband wants to write a book called "If You Give an Okie Asphalt".   We've never seen anything like this anywhere else.  If you are from Oklahoma, no offence intended.  This just makes me go, "hmmm".

Oklahoma also has lots of toll roads.

Too bad we didn't have time to visit.  Could have been interesting.

Anyone need a smoke?

St. Louis, Gateway Arch.

The moon sure looked pretty.

This is Indianapolis.  At this point we were so happy that there was no traffic in the city.  We were making great time.  And then.....
This.  That's right, we are PARKED on the interstate.

Half way there.  See you soon.
